Franco Dalmazzo specializes in crossborder M&A processes in numerous sectors, including agribusiness, automotive, telecommunications, energy and infrastructure.

Likewise, he advises foreign and international clients in financing and structuring investment vehicles. Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in the corporate and M&A team for Chilean law firm.

He’s an assistant lecturer in the Public International Law and Civil Law programs at the University of Chile.
