Position
Eric Muller, partner, advises French and foreign, listed and non-listed companies in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals and corporate reorganizations.
He also has strong expertise concerning stock exchange related transactions and corporate governance rules.
Education
Admitted to the Paris bar in 2002, he holds an advanced degree (DESS) of Business and Tax law (2000), and a DJCE (Corporate Jurist Diploma) from the University of Nancy II (2000) and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University (1995, Canada).
