As of July 2018, BonelliErede cooperates with the Egyptian law firm Bahaa-Eldin Law Office, which is an integral part of the BonelliErede network.

The Cairo-based team is composed of an integrated group of Egyptian and Italian lawyers who assist international investors entering or operating in Egypt, as well as Egyptian corporations on all aspects of their legal needs, especially corporate, M&A, international taxation and transfer pricing, international arbitration and construction, covering all key industrial sectors building on the synergies and skills of BonelliErede’s Focus Teams. The team has also considerable experience in large and complex cross-border transactions. Thanks to the multidisciplinary and international expertise, the team manages the structuring and execution of complex, cross-border transactions involving African countries.
