Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, Louis Oudot de Dainville specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and particularly in matters related to venture capital and private equity, notably in the new technologies sector.

He assists both investors (Allianz, Demeter, Samaipata, Raise, BlackFin, Eurazeo, LocalGlobe, Heartcore, Sinovation, Headline, 360 Capital, etc.), and growth companies (Blablacar, Meero, Sensory Odyssey, Leeway, Cala, etc.), in fundraising, restructuring, external growth operations and exits. With several years of experience in Gide's Beijing and Shanghai offices, Louis has also acquired solid experience in foreign direct investment in France and China.
