Panagiotis  joined our Law Firm in 2014.

Panagiotis’ practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. He has been extensively engaged in complex cases involving offshore companies and multi-national jurisdictions. Having a postgraduate degree by University of Athens, LL.M. in European Law, he regularly works with family-owned businesses and has developed a particular expertise in advising families and UBOs of family businesses on wealth structuring including multi-billion inheritance disputes.

Panagiotis also advises clients on business transactions and regulatory issues, mainly in the energy sector. Furthermore, he has assisted legal entities on tax compliance aspects, assisting them determine tax risks and is handling corporate and international tax disputes.

Panagiotis is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
