Eleni  joined our Law Firm in 2018.

Eleni advises on issues arising from business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border provision of financial services. She has also handled cases involving compliance with the regulatory framework governing the banking and finance sector. Her mix of skills paired with her academic background enables Eleni to resolve complex cases in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets and corporate and M&As.

Her experience extends to all aspects of corporate transactions, banking and finance transactions, regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as participating in due diligence reviews in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
