Managing Partner /Co-founder

Dimitris Passas is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Moratis Passas law firm. Dimitris started practicing commercial and civil law in Athens in 1983. He has since consistently advised major clients and financial companies and groups on every aspect of banking, cross-border finance, corporate law and capital markets regulation. He holds vast experience in commercial and civil litigation and has acted in many of the landmark transactions deals to have taken place in Greece and abroad.

Dimitris has served as an independent member of the board of financial and credit institutions and companies.
