Jakob Krogsøe is one of the leading tax litigators in Denmark, with over 26 years of experience conducting legal proceedings on direct and indirect taxes. He advises and represents Danish and international enterprises on business and corporation taxation, including transfer pricing, as well as VAT and other indirect taxes.

Over the course of his career, Jakob has conducted more than 170 cases before all levels of court, including the Court of Justice of the European Union, frequently on matters of principle with wide ramifications for Danish and international tax law. He holds a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a member of the Danish Association of Supreme Court Litigators.

In addition to civil tax proceedings, Jakob has extensive experience in criminal proceedings concerning direct and indirect taxes, as well as advising on cases referred for liability assessment in connection with direct or indirect tax issues.
