Søren Høgh Thomsen provides general advice on IP and commercial issues, including in particular on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Søren has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property right, patent law, design law, franchising, marketing law, the drafting of intellectual property right contracts and in providing advice on general intellectual property right issues. Also, Søren provides advice on company law and M&A transactions.
