Position
Carsten is a partner and a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He represents German and foreign companies in German courts, as well as in international arbitration proceedings and investigations by government authorities. The focus of Carsten's practice is on post-M&A disputes, product liability and disputes involving financial institutions. He also acts as an arbitrator.
