Peter has a broad financing practice and regularly acts for a range of domestic and international financial institutions, corporates as well as private equity investors, on all aspects of debt financing, with a particular emphasis on syndicated lending, real estate finance and infrastructure finance. He has also been engaged in a number of restructurings.
