Position
Joachim has been advising on M&A and corporate matters for more than 20 years. He works for international and domestic industry clients, ranging from family companies to stock listed corporations. Joachim has a broad experience in public takeovers and defense situations. In the area of private M&A, Joachim advises on acquisitions and joint ventures, and he works on the buy-side as well as on the sell-side (including auction proceedings).
