Angel M. Tejada is a partner in the arbitration and litigation group of B. Cremades & Asociados.

For over 40 years Ángel has focused his practice on arbitration and business litigation. His industry sector experience includes foreign trade of goods or supplies for industry, construction, public works, real estate, tourism, sport, the environment, transport, mining, electrical and nuclear energy, shipbuilding and railway construction and operation, the chemical and food industry, banking and financial services.

He represents and advises clients on the preventive, pre-contentious and transactional management of disputes, the strategic management of complex, parallel or multi-jurisdictional proceedings, in national and international litigation, commercial arbitration, investment protection arbitration and in all types of proceedings before the Spanish courts, in particular in arbitration-related proceedings (interim measures, anti-suit injunctions, challenges of awards, recognition and enforcement of awards and liability of arbitrators). He also advises and represents clients on tort law claims. He has acted as an arbitrator (sole or panel) and is available for appointments. He occasionally writes on arbitration and participates or speaks at conventions and forums on dispute management.
