Rasmus advises Danish and international clients on real estate matters, particularly in connection with sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties (and property companies), development projects, determination and regulation of rent. He also drafts and interprets all types of lease agreements. In addition, Rasmus advises on dispute resolution in relation to real estate, particularly in connection with commercial and residential lease law.
