Anne Cathrine (AC) Ingerslev advises Danish and international clients in relation to debt financing and has unique experience advising on complex cross-border transactions. AC's advice focuses on finding practical solutions tailored to the business and commercial goals of each individual client. When structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, AC draws upon a solid academic background within law, finance and economics as well as unique international expertise obtained from years of practicing as an English finance lawyer in London with Davis Polk & Wardwell. Christian Johansen
Through 25 years as a construction lawyer, Christian Johansen has gained substantial experience, which includes the drafting of a variety of international commercial contracts. Christian is often involved in legal work relating to domestic and international commercial contracts in the areas of energy and offshore, construction and infrastructure, technology, distribution and agency, insurance and reinsurance as well as other long-term contracts, maritime contracts and international sales contracts. Christian Johansen is specialised in construction and contract law, i.e. the formation of contracts, subcontracts, bonds and guarantees in construction contracts, drafting/interpretation of contracts, performance, scope, termination and breach of contract, including the principles for calculating and determining damages in the construction industry. Christian Johansen serves as lawyer in disputes involving domestic and international construction law, in both litigation and arbitration. Christian Johansen has acted in disputes involving construction law under the rules of the Danish Building and Construction Board (VBA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London (FCIArb). Christian Johansen also undertakes scholarly research in construction law. He has an academic profile with a Ph.D. in construction law from the University of Copenhagen (1998). For the last 20 years, he has been one of the leading scholars in Denmark within construction law. He often gives lectures and seminars on issues relating to construction law.

During recent years, he has conducted some of the most comprehensive and complex legal and arbitral cases in Denmark, acting for major Danish financial institutions among others. He also has vast experience appearing before the European Court of Justice. Further, Ole Spiermann leads legal investigations, often across national borders, and he acts as lead partner in the ongoing investigations into the now terminated portfolio of non-resident customers of Danske Bank’s Estonian branch. Ole Spiermann’s practice areas also include public law and criminal law. He is a member of the Inquiry Commission of Tibet as well as the Scrutiny commission appointed to investigate the mink case and is active in Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Ole Spiermann is former professor of international law at the University of Copenhagen. He was awarded the University of Copenhagen’s gold medal in 1994 and a PhD in law at the University of Cambridge in 2000. Ole Spiermann is chairman of the board of directors of Bruun & Hjejle.

Søren Danelund Reipurth is a partner in Bruun & Hjejle’s department for IP. Søren has litigated a number of significant IP cases before the Maritime and Commercial High Court, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court. Søren has extensive experience in IP, but is particularly specialized in trademarks, designs, domain names, copyrights and marketing. Søren also advises on IP-heavy transactions. Søren has a Master of Law (LL.M) in IP from the University of Melbourne and is entitled to appear before the Danish Supreme Court.
