Position
Henrik Selchau Poulsen heads Bruun & Hjejle’s insolvency group and is among financial institutions and others recognized as a leading insolvency practitioner.
Henrik is appointed Permanent Trustee by the Bankruptcy Department of the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen and advises on restructurings and insolvency, suspension of payments and bankruptcy compositions as well as financial creditors on distressed financial engagements, including distressed engagements in property companies.
