Morten Stadil's practice concentrates on Media, IT, Corporate and M&A transactions. He assists major Danish and international IT and media businesses on general corporate and commercial legal issues. Morten acts as a fast track arbitrator in large-scale, complex agreements on IT outsourcing and has in-depth knowledge about the media and IT sectors, etc. Furthermore, Morten is a seasoned negotiator.
