Thomas has broad-ranging international expertise with transactional finance work advising lenders and borrowers on a range of debt products, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, project financings, real estate and asset financings and bond offerings. He regularly works with restructurings and has a strong knowledge about the Danish financing market.
