AC's advice focuses on finding practical solutions tailored to the business and commercial goals of each individual client. When structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, AC draws upon a solid academic background within law, finance and economics as well as unique international expertise obtained from years of practicing as an English finance lawyer in London with Davis Polk & Wardwell.
