Frank Bøggild works with litigation and arbitration on business disputes of all kinds.

Frank routinely assists on disputes in the fields of contract law, sale of goods, company law, M&A, shareholders’ disputes, tort law, banking and finance law, IT law, competition law, as well as professional and management liability. He also has outstanding knowledge of IP and marketing law.

Lastly, Frank has conducted more than 250 court and arbitration proceedings, 25 of them Supreme Court cases, and he regularly serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
