Work highlights

  • Assisted Viatris in successful defence against Novartis' attempt to raise PI proceedings based on a pending patent application. Case was dismissed on formal grounds because there was a lack of actuality.
  • Successfully assisted BGI in an interim appeal case where a PI was exceptionally refused by the Appeals Court on the basis of lack of urgency.
