Nicolaj Bording specialises in litigation and IP dispute resolution, including in particular cases concerning patents or trade secrets or involving complex technologies.

Nicolaj has acted in a large number of high-profile patent cases and has a wealth of experience within all aspects of patent law. He is also highly experienced in international arbitration of IP disputes.

Furthermore, he advises on contracts concerning licensing, technology transfer and collaborative research.

Finally, Nicolaj has extensive experience in general corporate law, capital market law, purchase and sale of businesses, and the law of obligations.
