Senior Attorney

Davy Vandenbussche is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.

His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate law, with an emphasis on (cross-border and domestic) M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also regularly advises Belgian and foreign clients on corporate (re)structurings, corporate governance matters and general corporate law matters. Before joining Liedekerke, Davy has practiced with a major international law firm where he was part of the Corporate and Finance department.

Davy holds a Master Degree in Law from Ghent University and also holds an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Tilburg.
