Career

Luc Van den Bon is part of the Commercial Contracts and Litigation Practice Group. His practice is founded on more than 30 years’ experience in advocacy before the courts and tribunals in various areas of law, most notably in public and private construction law, with an emphasis on enforcement procedures. He also advises clients on various construction issues, including drafting contracts and the prevention and handling of conflicts.

Luc has been a substitute judge (Lennik Justice of the Peace) since 1994 and was a member of the Council of the Dutch Order of Barristers at the Brussels Bar from 2000 to 2003.

He holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven 1986), a master in fiscal sciences (Fiscale Hogeschool 1986) and a master in business law from the University of Antwerp (UA 2000).
