M&A

Tina is a partner in Plesner's Corporate Finance team. She has been involved in numerous M&A transactions (sell-side, buy-side, and minority investments) within various industries.

Tina advises clients on Danish and international M&A transactions, including corporate law matters, and has worked for a broad range of private equity funds (both national and international), corporate enterprises, family offices, and founder owners.

Tina has extensive experience providing legal advice in connection with all aspects of M&A transactions. She also has extensive experience with complex cross-border transactions and primarily focuses her work on M&A transactions with cross-border and international elements.

Tina holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Aarhus.
