Data Protection Law

Jesper is a senior counsel in Plesner's Data Protection Law team. He has, since 2006, worked with a wide range of cases within data protection law and operational compliance.

Jesper is a specialist in personal data law. He has been working with personal data law since 2006.

He advises both private and public clients on various data protection and operational compliance matters. Jesper is also a frequently used speaker in the field of data protection, and he teaches day 3 and 4 at Plesner's Data Protection Law Certificate course.

Jesper holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen. Prior to joining Plesner he worked for nine years at the Danish Data Protection Agency, where he for the last two years was head of enforcement.
