Tom advises and represents clients in a broad range of disputes both in arbitrations proceedings (including ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC and NAI) and in proceedings before Dutch state courts (courts of first instance and courts of appeal) as well as the courts of the Netherlands Antilles. Tom is a member of the Advisory Board of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) and a member of the Executive Board of the Dutch Arbitration Association (DAA).
