Loyens & Loeff’s arbitration team is based out of Amsterdam and Rotterdam and led by arbitration specialist Tom Claassens, who regularly assists in arbitration and in proceedings before the Dutch state courts and courts of the former Netherlands Antilles. Corporate and post-M&A disputes are a key pillar of the practice led by Bastiaan Kemp, including shareholder disputes.
