She advises established institutions as well as new entrants to the Irish financial services market and is noted for her expertise in the fintech sector.

Rowena advises on licensing and regulatory issues applying to credit institutions, insurance undertakings and intermediaries, investment firms, electronic money institutions and payment institutions.

Rowena frequently advises on areas such as fitness and probity, compliance with Central Bank codes of conduct, risk mitigation programmes and Central Bank enforcement actions.
