Didier De Vliegher heads the Corporate & Finance practice at the Brussels office. He focuses on corporate, finance and real estate work (acquisitions, financing, real estate funds, etc.) for Belgian and international investors as well as on asset and project finance, including PPP's.

Didier regularly helps clients structure complex transactions and advises on the ensuing financing, regulatory and compliance issues. His clients include listed companies, insurance companies and banks.

Former member of the Brussels Bar Association, as well as of the International Bar Association. He currently serves on the Disciplinary Council of the Brussels Bar Association, and is President of International Project Finance Association (IPFA)

Didier graduated from the University of Leuven (KUL). He subsequently earned a post-graduate degree in business law from the University of Brussels (ULB) and amongst the few attorneys in Belgium to also hold an MBA (Solvay Business School).
