Anne Fontaine focuses on clearing and settlement systems, the regulatory aspects of banking and financial services, and M&A involving financial institutions.

Anne regularly assists Belgian and foreign financial institutions, in both domestic and cross-border transactions and has been involved in the drafting of various pieces of financial legislation.

She joined NautaDutilh as a partner in January 2003.

Anne received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Louvain (UCL) in 1990. She subsequently obtained a post-graduate degree in international law from the University of Leiden in 1991.
