Nathalie Van Landuyt specialises in corporate law and corporate finance, with a focus on loan finance (general corporate finance, acquisition finance and asset finance). She advises mainly clients active in the financial sector.

She joined NautaDutilh in 2008 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar that same year.

Nathalie received her law degree from the University of Leuven (KUL) in 2007. During her studies, she spent six months at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa on an exchange programme.

She obtained a Master in Tax from the University of Leuven (KUL) in 2008 and a Master in Company Law from the University of Brussels (KUB) in 2009.
