Energy and natural resources: O’Flynn Exhams LLP has a long history of acting for key clients in the energy sector in Ireland with a particular expertise in the gas sector. Partner Irene O’Donovan has particular expertise in the natural gas sector including gas transportation and applicable national and EU law, advising energy and natural resource companies on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, listings, financings and regulatory affairs.

Insolvency and corporate restructuring: O’Flynn Exhams LLP is recognised as an expert firm in the field of insolvency and corporate restructuring acting for banks as well as domestic and multinational clients including SMEs.
