International corporate and commercial:

Offshore litigation and insolvency: Ontier has unparalleled experience of large-scale, complex litigation involving offshore jurisdictions. As a result, it has extensive experience in overcoming problems of conflicts of laws, enforceability and recognition of judgments and orders and the application of foreign laws.

International arbitration: Ontier has considerable experience of conducting and assisting in domestic and international arbitration. It has particular experience of arbitration in the oil and gas sector, investment fund disputes, and of enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in several jurisdictions under the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
