Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Darryl is the Head of RDJ’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and is also a member of the firm’s IP, Media, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring teams. He has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on financial services litigation, contentious media, technology and IP disputes, as well as acting for liquidators and receivers in insolvency related litigation.

Darryl is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners. He also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
