Advises in landlord and tenant matters with expertise in negotiating and implementing leases in both shopping centres and industrial estates  Acts for a number of liquidators and receivers and has expertise in advising on property and related issues which arise in the course of both liquidations and receiverships  Highly skilled in Will drafting and estate administration.  Brendan also regularly advises our clients on estate planning issues.
