Joined Reddy Charlton in 2004 and is a partner in the commercial law team Advises in all aspect of commercial and business law  Recently acted in the sale of an Irish technology company which was acquired by the US leader the sector Recently acted in the acquisition of an oil distribution company for a client Acts for a large US venture capital firm in relation to its Irish investments which to date have numbered in excess of 40 transactions Advises one of the country’s leading waste management companies in relation to both their customer and supplier contracts Advises one of the country’s leading giftware manufactures in relation to its IP matters including franchising, licensing, digital asset management, trademark and design protection and enforcement  Has lectured on various topics of commercial and intellectual property law
