Experience

Joined Reddy Charlton in 2007 Partner in Reddy Charlton’s litigation department, dealing with all aspects of commercial and civil litigation Particular expertise in the resolution of property related disputes and related fields including construction law and professional negligence. Peter has also acted in a number of property arbitrations relating to compulsory acquisitions of commercial and residential property, an area which has become a core practice area of the firm Advises clients on Landlord and Tenant law, representing both commercial landlords and tenants. Peter also regularly acts for management companies, pension funds and asset managers Represents clients involved in the various forms of alternative dispute resolution and routinely handles cases before the High Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal Advises the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Service of Ireland on the application of bankruptcy and personal insolvency legislation
