Partner Björn Johansson Heigis is Head of Roschier's Digitalization & TMT and Data Protection practices in Sweden. He is also specialized in intellectual property, dispute resolution, ICT and IP transactions, as well as licensing.

Björn has extensive experience of acting as counsel in arbitration proceedings and before national courts.

In addition to his LL.M. degree, Björn holds a post-graduate LL.M. degree from Bond University, Australia.
