Carl Persson
Carl Persson
Carl Persson is a Partner whose practice encompasses domestic and international commercial arbitration, as well as litigation. Carl has a dual degree in law and economics and specializes in disputes relating to M&A transactions, securities and finance, director and auditor liability and white-collar crime proceedings. He has acted as counsel in a significant number of arbitration and litigation proceedings in these areas. He also has extensive experience of energy-related disputes with an East-West angle. Carl’s work experience includes working as a Foreign Associate in the litigation department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.

Carl Brodén
Carl Brodén, Senior Advisor, Finance & Restructuring has broad experience in a wide range of finance-related matters, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency, as well as structured finance. In addition to a Swedish LL.M. degree, he has a post-graduate degree from the University of Oxford (M.Jur.) and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Prior to joining Roschier, Carl held the position as Head of Trustee Services at CorpNordic. He has also more than ten years' experience as a financing lawyer at another major Swedish law firm.

Dan Hanqvist is a Counsel, Finance & Regulatory, specialized in finance & restructuring, with a specific regulatory focus. Dan has extensive experience from advising financial institutions, other companies and organizations on regulatory matters. He also regularly advises clients in financial derivatives and netting related questions. Dan’s previous experience includes working for another major law firm in London, Moscow and Stockholm and as a Visiting Lawyer at NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm.

Elin Osbeck Rehbinder is a Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Employment and Corporate Investigations & Compliance practices. Elin advises companies in e.g. disputes, employment matters in the financial regulatory context, data protection and employee privacy, discrimination, harassment and parental leave, mergers and acquisitions, senior management employment agreements and handling of collective bargaining agreement issues. Before she joined Roschier, Elin worked as Research Assistant within the field of employment law at the Faculty of Law, Lund University.

Partner Erik Ficks is Head of Roschier's Intellectual Property, Brand Protection, Marketing & Consumer, and Public Procurement practices. He is specialized in matters of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property (IP) work, including matters of marketing law and trade secrets, as well as in public procurement matters in several industry sectors. Erik has extensive experience from acting as counsel in arbitration proceedings and before national courts, including in multi-jurisdictional IP litigation and in administrative appeals. He also has extensive experience from multi-jurisdictional IP licensing, brand protection, technology transfers and collaborations and complex commercial contracts.

Partner Jens Bengtsson heads Roschier's internationally recognized Private Equity practice. He is specialized in complex cross-border M&A transactions and has extensive experience in leading negotiations and projects for major international private equity sponsors and corporate investors. Both Jens's long experience as one of the most sought-after advisors in the market and his previous experience at McKinsey as a business consultant give him a deep understanding of deal economics and key value drivers.
Johan Sidklev
Johan Sidklev
Partner Johan Sidklev heads Roschier’s Dispute Resolution practice and is the co-Head of the Corporate Investigations & Compliance practice in Sweden. Johan is specialized in commercial dispute resolution with extensive experience from international arbitration, often concerning energy-related disputes involving parties from Russia or CIS-countries. He has acted as counsel in some of the world’s largest arbitrations seated in Stockholm, London and Paris involving oil, gas and construction matters. In the area of investment arbitration Johan has experience from arbitrator’s appointments as well as advising both private investors and various governments as counsel, inter alia in matters concerning the Energy Charter Treaty and various bilateral investment treaties. Johan is the presiding President of the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) and a member of the board of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). He recently served on the Rules Revision Committee for the new 2017 SCC Rules. He is appointed by the Kingdom of Sweden to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators, maintained by the World Bank. He also serves on the Legal Advisory Task Force on Investment Protection at the Energy Charter Secretariat and he is an Executive Committee Member of the Russian and CIS Arbitration Network (RCAN). Johan has been the Headmaster of the SCC/SAA Arbitrator Training Program and has been a long-standing board member of Young Arbitrators Sweden. Johan is regularly appointed as arbitrator in both national and international disputes. He is also frequently engaged as speaker and moderator at various conferences and is lecturing on international arbitration and investment protection law at Stockholm University.

Partner Malin Leffler heads Roschier's Private M&A practice in Sweden. She is specialized in complex cross-border M&A transactions and private equity. Malin has extensive experience in leading negotiations and projects for major domestic and international private equity sponsors and corporate investors. In addition to the above, Malin is also specialized in fund structuring and representing sponsors and institutional investors in connection with fundraisings as well as investments in private equity funds.

Partner Markus Olsson is specializing in private M&A, private equity and energy & infrastructure. Markus has extensive experience in private M&A and private equity transactions, having represented major international private equity sponsors and corporate investors on large-scale domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-outs, exits, joint ventures, restructurings and equity financings. He has advised on several transactions and other matters relating to infrastructure, as well as the energy sector. Markus also has experience from real estate transactions and large development projects.

Pontus Enquist is Head of the Stockholm office. Pontus also heads the firm's Equity Capital Markets, Private Funds, and Public M&A practices in Sweden. Apart from public and private equity capital markets, he specializes in public M&A and general corporate advisory. He also has extensive experience in private equity and real property fund formation, various co-investment structures and incentive schemes. He is regularly involved in complex Swedish and international transactions, as well as investment structuring.

Partner Shirin Saif is a  member of the Dispute Resolution practice. She is an experienced commercial arbitration practitioner and litigator and her primary focus is international disputes involving complex technologies. Shirin has acted as counsel in telecommunications, construction and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, product liability, IT, oil and gas, post-M&A, and various other commercial disputes before numerous judicial and arbitral bodies in Sweden and abroad. She also has significant experience as counsel in investment treaty arbitrations. Along with acting as counsel, Shirin also acts as an arbitrator and administrative secretary.
