Alexandra Doytchinova is Managing Partner of Schoenherr’s Sofia office since its establishment in 2004. She specialises in Corporate/M&A, project development, including energy projects involving PPP structures. Alexandra advises predominantly foreign and international clients on their market entry and direct investments in Bulgaria. She was involved in major M&A transactions in Bulgaria, deals with corporate restructuring and structuring of share and assets deals in Bulgaria and in the SEE region. Her clients include major European corporates from the energy and real estate development industries. Before joining Schoenherr in 2002, Alexandra worked as teaching assistant at the Institute for Civil Law, Foreign and International Private Law at the University of Graz, Austria. She is a founding member of the Centre of Competence for South Eastern Europe in Graz.
