The firm: Since February 2009 Schoenherr is present in Moldova with six lawyers permanently based in Chisinau. The office serves as a primary point of contact for our international clients interested in doing business in the Republic of Moldova, but also to our local clients.

Areas of practice: The Moldovan team provides legal services in all fields of corporate and commercial law, advises on complex transactions, including corporate / M&A, banking and finance, energy, regulatory, real estate, competition, IP matters, transport, customs legislation, public-private partnerships and dispute settlement, including traditional litigation, arbitration and ADR.
