Tomasz Kwaśniewski has been a partner in Schoenherr's Warsaw office since 2023. His main practice areas are banking and finance, capital markets and M&A. He has a strong track record of advising both lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. His capital markets experience includes IPOs, delistings, securitisation and fund formation. In his M&A work, he focuses on public-to-private deals and financial institutions (banks, payment institutions, insurance brokers). He also possesses substantial experience in advising on licensing processes for financial institutions in Poland. A member of the Warsaw Bar (2019), he graduated from the University of Warsaw (Mag. iur. 2015) and the Warsaw School of Economics (MSc 2014).
