Dr Paweł Chyb specialises in transactional consulting, corporate law, M&A and commercial law. In addition, he focuses on public economic law, in particular issues related to the performance of business activities subject to administrative and legal rationing, such as concessions, permits, licenses and consents.
He has many years of experience in advising on and coordinating legal due diligence of entities in various sectors, as well as providing legal advice at all stages of M&A transactions, joint-venture projects and restructuring processes. He has advised on numerous transactions on the sell and buy side, in many cases carried out by private individuals, and on the restructuring of sold entities prior to the transactions.

Another area where he possesses expertise is property succession. He devises distribution plans among heirs for the assets within the inheritance estate. Additionally, he contributes to planning the principles of property succession and developing and implementing asset restructuring concepts to ensure their smooth transfer to successors.
