Weronika Kapica is an attorney at law and joined Schoenherr's Warsaw office in 2016.  She is a part of the banking & finance practice in Warsaw. With 4 years of professional experience her practice covers both banking & finance, capital markets and M&A. Weronika has worked in a wide range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured financing, bridge loans, and bonds.

Weronika holds degrees from the University of Warsaw (Master of Laws 2015), Center for American Law Studies (Diploma, 2013) and the University of Pennsylvania (LL.M, 2016). She is also a PhD candidate at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences since 2017.
