Ilona Fedurek has more than 15 years of experience in banking and finance, advising banks and other financial institutions on domestic and international leveraged finance transactions and general bank loans. She provides her clients with solutions for all major types of private investments, including unitranche, senior, second-lien, mezzanine and PIK debt financing. She also regularly acts for various syndicates of lenders and companies in connection with project financing and real estate financing transactions, including several award-winning and landmark projects. In addition, she represents creditors in structuring and regulating intercreditor relationships, including with financial shield institutions. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Ilona practiced law in Poland at leading international law firms White & Case and CMS Cameron McKenna, as well as in the Polish firm SSW Pragmatic Solutions. She also worked in the London office of a major international law firm and was seconded to the structured finance team of a renowned bank in Poland. Ilona studied both in Poland and abroad, including at Ghent University.
