Paulina Klimek-Woźniak is an Attorney at law in Schoenherr’s Warsaw office having joined in April 2018. Paulina's main areas of practice are ip law and life sciences. She specialises in advising on trademark rights and industrial designs, in particular in relation to protecting them against infringements, as well as in matters related to the fight against unfair competition, in particular in the field of misleading designations, names, and marketing activities. She also practices in the area of life sciences, especially concerning food law and cosmetics. Paulina has assisted clients in disputes before courts and administrative bodies such as the Polish Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office and the General Sanitary Inspector. Paulina, a member of the Warsaw bar association, graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2013. Before joining Schoenherr Warsaw, she practised at a national law firm as an associate.
