Katarzyna Solarz-Wlodarska has been a partner at Schoenherr since 2024. Her main areas of practice are mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, joint ventures, fundraisings and corporate reorganisations. In over 11 years of transactional experience, she has covered a wide range of economic sectors and industries, including IT, software houses, new media, marketing and advertisement.

A member of the Warsaw District Chamber of Legal Advisors, Katarzyna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University (2013, Masters of Law) and the Center for American Law, established as a joint initiative of the Faculty of Law of the University of Florida and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2013). Before joining Schoenherr in 2024, she worked at a leading Polish law firm
