Associate

Michał Bering has been an associate at Schoenherr's Warsaw office since 2023, focusing on employment law. He supports global and Polish employers in a wide range of employment-related topics, including termination of employment and drafting of bylaws. He also has experience representing employers in labour disputes before the court. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association, Michał passed the attorney-at-law exam in 2023 and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland in 2019. Before joining Schoenherr Poland, he practiced at the Warsaw office of a Polish law firm specialised in employment law. In 2017 he was awarded in an employment law competition held by an international law firm. He has published many articles in professional press about employment law, especially mobbing and cross-border remote work. He co-wrote a whistleblowing handbook.
