Murat Kutluğ is a Partner with Schoenherr Türkiye and a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. He specializes in Corporate/M&A transactions and with 15 years of experience in the field, Murat has been advising both national and international clients on acquisitions, sales, mergers and divestitures from drafting and negotiating sale purchase agreements and lease agreements to advising on the corporate restructuring of companies; assisting in the registration of such changes with the competent authorities; assisting clients in relation with various claims of authorities and drafting and/or negotiating commercial agreements. Prior to joining Schoenherr in 2011, Murat worked at an international law firm in London as well as several international law firm based in Istanbul. He holds a degree in law from the Istanbul Bahçeşehir University (LL.B. 2008) and is fluent in Turkish and English.
